The St. Thomas More Pastoral Council coordinates four areas of parish life.  All parish ministries, organizations and activities are included within one of these areas: Community, Evangelization, Outreach, and Worship & Word.  The council is made up of the pastor, parochial vicar(s), staff liaisons, two lay trustees, and other council members overseeing each area in order to link, assess, funnel and serve as visionaries for each area of life.

The St. Thomas More Finance Council is a group of parishioners, appointed by the pastor in accord with Church law, with expertise and interest in different areas of finance. The council meets a few times a year to oversee and guide the various parish budgets.
