Policies for Tuition and Fees
Registration fees are due at the time of application to the school. Registration fees are nonrefundable unless the student is not accepted to the school.
Student fees are assessed to each student and are paid with tuition. Student fees are nonrefundable.
The Capital Maintenance Fee (CMF) is assessed to families that are not registered with St. Thomas More Parish or that are registered with St. Thomas More Parish but are not identified givers of the Parish. The Capital Maintenance Fee (CMF) is paid with tuition.
Tuition is assessed based (1) on the Catholicity of the student and (2) on the parent's or guardian's registered church parish. Families that are registered in St. Thomas More Parish or St. Patrick Parish but are not "identified givers"* of those Parishes will be charged the "Other Catholic Church Parishes" tuition. Tuition can be paid in one of two ways:
1. Paid in full by June 30.
2. Paid in 10 monthly installments by direct draft of a bank account designated by the parent or guardian. The monthly installments are drafted on the 10th of each month, July through January and March through May.
* An "identified giver" is one who tithes at least $300 to their Parish in the calendar year before the school year (i.e. tithe in 2006 for the 2007-2008 school year). Tithing must be marked with the name of the family in order for the family to be credited.
