Export Events to Outlook

You can now add events to your Microsoft Outlook Calendar. Once the events are added to Outlook, you can sync your new calendar to your favorite handheld device (iPhone, iPad, Blackberry, etc.), print the calendar(s) in various formats, add custom reminders, and more.

To export events:
Step 1) Select the categories at right you wish to export to Outlook.
Step 2) Click the "Export to Outlook" button
Step 3) When asked whether you want to "Save" or "Open" the export file, select "Open" and the events will be imported.

When you add all events or events by category, the events will be added to a new calendar in Outlook. If you add individual events (from an events detail page in the calendar), the event(s) will simply be added to your existing personal calendar.

Please note:
You will need to periodically return to this page to download the latest version of your customized calendar(s). When you add the latest update, a new calendar will be added to Outlook and you can simply delete the older/outdated version.
